Refund policy

This policy applies to all watches purchased from Watchwonders (WATCH WONDER ENTERPRISE, SSM 202603109992) through watchwonders.shop, WhatsApp or Instagram.

1. In-stock watches

  • You may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
  • To be eligible, the watch must be unworn, with protective films intact, the strap not resized or shortened, and the box, warranty card and all accessories included.
  • Return shipping is paid by the buyer. Please use a trackable courier.
  • Once we receive and inspect the watch, we will refund you to your original payment method within 7 working days. Original shipping fees are not refunded.
  • Returns that do not meet these conditions will be sent back to you at your cost.

2. Custom and pre-order builds

  • Custom builds are assembled to the case, dial, hands and strap you choose. The deposit is non-refundable.
  • If you cancel before the balance is paid, the balance will not be charged, but the deposit is kept.
  • Once the full amount is paid and the watch is delivered, custom builds are not eligible for change-of-mind returns. They are still covered by Sections 3 and 4 below.

3. Damaged, defective or wrong item on arrival

  • Contact us on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery, with a full, uncut unboxing video.
  • Once confirmed, we will repair, replace or refund the watch at no cost to you, including shipping both ways.
  • Claims made after 48 hours, or without an unboxing video, will be handled under the warranty in Section 4.

4. Warranty

  • Every watch comes with a 2-year movement warranty, starting from the delivery date.
  • Covered: movement faults such as inaccurate timekeeping, stopping, or winding problems, repaired free of charge.
  • Not covered: accidental or physical damage, drops and impacts, water damage, cosmetic scratches or wear, normal wear of straps and clasps, quartz battery depletion, and watches opened or serviced by a third party.
  • For warranty repairs, you pay shipping to us and we pay shipping back to you.

5. How to request a return or repair

WhatsApp us at +60 13-984 1196 or email zhenghuilau1021@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos or video. We reply within 1–2 working days and will give you the return address. Please do not send a watch back without contacting us first.
