These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of watchwonders.shop and to every purchase from Watchwonders (WATCH WONDER ENTERPRISE, SSM 202603109992) ("we", "us"), whether made on our website, WhatsApp or Instagram. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms, together with our Refund & Warranty Policy, Shipping Policy and Privacy Policy.

1. About our products

Watchwonders is an independent watch modification studio. Our watches are built by hand using genuine Seiko movements combined with aftermarket cases, dials, hands, bezels and straps.
We are not affiliated with, authorised by or endorsed by Seiko or any other watch brand. Our watches are not original products of Seiko or of any luxury brand, and we do not sell counterfeit goods.
Style names such as "Daytona", "Nautilus", "Submariner" or "Royal Oak" are used only to describe a design style. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Because each watch is assembled by hand, small differences in finishing, colour and alignment between watches, or compared with photos, are normal and are not considered defects.
Product photos may look slightly different on different screens and under different lighting.

2. Orders

An order is confirmed only after we receive your payment (or deposit, for custom builds) and confirm it with you.
We may decline or cancel an order, for example if an item is out of stock, a price is shown incorrectly, or we suspect fraud. If we cancel, we will refund any amount you have paid in full.
Stock is limited. If a watch sells out after you order, we will offer a similar watch or a full refund.

3. Custom builds

Custom builds are made to your chosen specification. We will confirm the parts, price and estimated timeline with you before we start.
A non-refundable deposit is required to start a custom build. The balance must be paid before the watch is shipped.
If the balance is not paid within 14 days of us notifying you that the watch is ready, we may treat the order as cancelled and keep the deposit.
Some parts may become unavailable. If this happens, we will offer you an alternative or a refund for that part.

4. Prices and payment

All prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
Payment is made through the methods shown at checkout, or by the payment method we confirm with you on WhatsApp.
Please only pay to the payment details shown at our official checkout or given directly by us. We are not responsible for payments made to any other account.
We may change prices at any time. Price changes do not affect orders that are already confirmed.

5. Shipping, returns and warranty

Shipping, delivery, returns, refunds and the 2-year movement warranty are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund & Warranty Policy.

6. Care and water resistance

Our watches are suitable for daily wear, handwashing and rain. They are not intended for swimming, diving, hot showers, saunas or hot springs. Water damage is not covered by the warranty.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, our total liability for any claim relating to a product is limited to the amount you paid for that product.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, or for delays or problems caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as courier delays, natural disasters or supplier issues.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act 1999 or any other law that cannot be excluded.

All photos, videos, text and designs on this website belong to Watchwonders unless stated otherwise. Please do not copy or use them without our written permission.
